The Heat announced that forward Okaro White fractured the fifth metatarsal in his left foot during practice on Tuesday and will undergo surgery on Thursday. There is no timetable set for his return.

Dragic off to hot start

Heat guard Goran Dragic scored 29 points and grabbed nine rebounds in Miami's win over the Suns on Wednesday. Per the Elias Sports Bureau, Dragic's field goal percentage (.480), points per game (20.2) and rebounds per game (4.4) are all the highest through his first 11 games of a season since he joined the league in 2008-09.
